Dinner includes Chicken Marsala; a succulent sautéed chicken breast in a
Marsala wine and mushroom sauce, served with wild rice pilaf and a
colorful vegetable medley.  Dessert is New York style cheesecake with
seasonal berries or a layered chocolate cake.  A vegetarian option is available.
